HCMG accepts all insurance providers, including auto insurance (SABS), WSIB, and private extended health plans. Our administrative team coordinates billing directly with your insurer so you can focus on recovery.

Special reduced rates are available for seniors, students, children & youth, and individuals with limited income.
Our reduced rates are designed to be comparable to rates associated with OHIP-funded physiotherapy services.

Health Care Medical Group is an Ontario-based clinic and Structured Multidisciplinary Assessment Centre. Our practice integrates rehabilitation, psychological care, and structured assessment in a single coordinated environment, with particular focus on the medical and administrative complexity of motor vehicle accident recovery.
