Our reduced rates are designed to be comparable to rates associated with OHIP-funded physiotherapy services.

About HCMG
Health Care Medical Group is an Ontario-based clinic and Structured Multidisciplinary Assessment Centre. Our practice integrates rehabilitation, psychological care, and structured assessment in a single coordinated environment, with particular focus on the medical and administrative complexity of motor vehicle collision recovery.
Every clinician on our team is registered in good standing with their respective Ontario regulatory college, and our records management complies with the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
